Landing Pad is a free, web-based progressive web application that aggregates and displays events occurring in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) of Texas and surrounding areas. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not host events, sell tickets, or directly produce content; we aggregate information from publicly available sources.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Events displayed on Landing Pad come from third-party publishers. Landing Pad does not verify the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any event information. Events may be canceled, rescheduled, sold out, or otherwise altered without notice.
YOU AGREE TO VERIFY EVENT DETAILS DIRECTLY WITH THE EVENT ORGANIZER OR VENUE BEFORE ATTENDING. LANDING PAD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, COSTS, OR INCONVENIENCE ARISING FROM INACCURATE EVENT INFORMATION.

The Landing Pad name, logo, wordmark (LANDINGPAD.SPACE), and overall design are proprietary. The Service's underlying code, organization, and curation are protected. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its branding without written permission.
Individual event details, descriptions, and images belong to their respective owners and are displayed for the purpose of factual reporting on public events. If you are an event organizer and wish to have your event removed, email us at the address below.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDING PAD, ITS OPERATORS, AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM ATTENDING ANY EVENT LISTED ON IT.
LANDING PAD'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Landing Pad and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any event or third party referenced through the Service.
Landing Pad may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cameron County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
